Norma Payne serves as 2nd Vice President of (TCDFW) Transportation Club of Dallas Ft Worth. TCDFW provides 67 years of service to the transportation industry and the companies that support transportation, logistics, warehousing and the myriad of companies who are invaluable in the process of moving America. TCDFW mission is to promote education, serve as a resource center for the transportation industry, foster relationship through networking opportunities, mentor members, and provide exciting guest speakers to learn about the state of the industry or supporting industries.
